1. Secretary/administrator
Job Description:
He/ she provides both clerical and administrative support to professionals, either as part of a team or individually. The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of businesses throughout organisation. He/she is involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks and, in some cases, oversee and supervise the work of junior staff.

  • Copy typing, letter writing, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, creating and maintaining filing systems and arranging meetings and appointments.
  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence, documents and maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases.
  • Devising and maintaining office systems.
  • Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases.

2. Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

  • Day-to day management of existing clients
  • Contribution to Indulge Media’s Twitter and Facebook updates (as well as as social media platforms) – reporting, tracking and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Content updates on websites.
  • Online Research
  • Management of e-shots and e-newsletters for our customers, including mailing list segmentation, testing and delivery – preferred prior knowledge.

3. Web Developer
Job Description:

We are searching for outstanding web developers to be responsible for developing innovative, reusable Web-based tools for progressive online activism and community building. Our web developers work closely with our project managers, strategists and design team members to develop specifications and make recommendations on the use of new and emerging technologies. Programming, graphic design and database administration are all elements of this position.
Really essential to have:

  • Strong HTML/XML/CSS/JS/AJAX skills with at least 3 years commercial experience
  • 2 years minimum Web programming experience, including PHP, ASP or JSP
  • Strong coding experience in OO PHP/MySQL in multiple MVC frameworks
  • Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, SEO and browser compatibility
  • Deep knowledge of emerging technologies, including HTML5 and CSS3
  • Commercial experience with code management systems such as SVN and Git
  • Experience with integrating Web APIs
  • Ability to deliver scalable applications and carry out benchmarking
  • Automated browser testing and unit testing (. JSUnit, PHPUnit)

Job Description:

The basic function of this position is to sell the company’s services to new customers and to identify new markets and business opportunities. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails. Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business. Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. Gathering market and customer information.
Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers. Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office. Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements. Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues. Making and arranging collection schedules. Assisting in the distribution of invoices. Performs other duties as per requests.
